eBay Messages integrates with Podium
This integration enables customers to:
- Receive eBay messages directly in the Podium inbox, allowing seamless responses within the platform.
- Automatically sync messages sent from Podium to eBay Messages, ensuring consistent communication records.
Please note: Messages sent via the Seller Hub will not sync into Podium. This integration supports receiving messages from eBay and replying within Podium only.

Compatibility
Messages sent through the eBay Seller Hub do not sync with Podium. The integration only supports receiving and replying to eBay messages within Podium.
Setup Process
- Click Connect.
- Select the Podium location you would like to connect to eBay Messages.
- Input the e-mail in which you will receive a unique eBay Authentication link.
- Select your Country.
- Click Finish.
- Refer to the received e-mail for further instructions.
