Send Sycle CSV data uploads to the CRM

1. Request the Podium | Sycle integration.
2. Get PCID and Sycle Clinic Id’s from the client looking to get the integration enabled
3. Podium's integration team will configure the integration.
4. Set up Data Feed Location Mappings
