AI Service Package Required

Setup Process

1. Ensure you have an active “AI Service Package”. If you do not have this, please reach out to your Podium Account manager.
2. Contact XTime to request your dealer code and have it added to the Podium integration.
3. Connect the XTime integration through the Podium Marketplace with your dealer code.

Follow the below once the above is completed:

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to XTime.
3. Acknowledge the “AI Service Package” requirement.
4. Authenticate Podium authentication.
5. Select if you are connecting one or multiple XTime accounts.
6. Input your dealer code(s).
7. Click Finish
